EqS Equity Studio operated as sole Financial Advisor in the creation of Gelsia, a multi utility company operating north of Milan. Gelsia was established with the merger of seven companies representing 14 business units with a turnover of Euro 190 million. EqS prepared the industrial and financial plan for each BU and assigned the value to all bestowals.

EqS Equity Studio prepared the business and financial plan of the tunnel project, an urban motorway running underground. This PPP is worth 1,5 billion Euro and would be part of Milan's preparation to the Expo in year 2015.

EqS Equity Studio acted as Financial Advisor in a Real Estate development project of a former industrial area
EqS was part of a large team working on the transformation and re-development of a large industrial area in Milan's suburbs. EqS specifically prepared the marketing feasibility study at the beginning of the project and acted as M&A advisor directly managing the whole sale process of the redeveloped area at the end.
